Hard for me to pick just one, but seeing our engineering designs come to life for the first time is hard to beat. It makes all those hours worth it.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

In my current role as VP of Integration services, I do my best to empower team members to succeed while providing integrated control solutions for our customers. I also spend time working with customers to help them develop strategies and solutions for a wide range of control and reporting needs. Thankfully, I still get to work in the field actually working with our customers too. Seeing things come to life at the end of a project will always be one of the most rewarding aspects of what I get to do.

FAVORITE ESC MOMENT?

I do not have a singular moment that I can recall being my favorite. I can say without a doubt they have all happened on start-ups and most of the time at some crazy time of the day or night. There is nothing more fun that starting up systems and seeing things come to life with the best group of coworkers I have ever known.
