Matt Haseltine

Project Engineer

START DATE - OCTOBER 2012

WHO ARE YOU?

As a Christ follower I try to center my life around using the gifts God has blessed me with to serve and bless others, as instructed in 1-Peter 4:10-11. The most predominant way I impress this culture is in my role as husband and father. I am a drummer and have served on the worship team at our church for over 20 years. I grew up a sixth-generation farmer, from two farm families, with local roots going back to the 1860s. I enjoy backpacking, welding, home improvement projects, and I’m a car enthusiast.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

I design mechanical/process systems, manage projects, and provide engineering analytics for our clients. I have had several responsibilities while at ESC, incorporating all aspects of “project” work/lifecycles and my discipline. I’ve also functioned previously as an internal on-site project manager, executing capital projects for one of our client partners.

FAVORITE ESC MOMENT?

There’ve been a lot of practical jokes and shenanigans over the years that have led to storied tales. However, as memorable as those moments are, my favorite moment at ESC is every time we give back to our local and greater global communities, both financially and with our God given talents, as an act of intentionality, faith, and service. ESC is a Christ centered company and that means everything.
