WHO ARE YOU?

My occupation is largely categorized as “Generalist”, and as such my time outside work has the same level of variety. I enjoy doing everything from working on my custom solar/battery house power system to playing computer games. I have a Bengal cat as well, so he takes up a fair bit of time.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

I will attack anything which needs done. My first two assignments when I started at ESC were migrating a custom developed project management solution to a commercial solution, and traveling to Europe to deploy and integrate multiple HMI units at customer facilities with very limited exposure to any Automation/Control environments or hardware in the past.

FAVORITE ESC MOMENT?

Traveling to Europe and seeing Ireland and London. I was only a few credit hours short of having a minor in History, so being able to see that part of the world was really special for me. I did the job my customer paid us to do, but after that was done, being able to stand at the base of Big Ben is not something you replicate any other way but being there in the present moment. It was a lifelong memory which I will never forget.
