WHO ARE YOU?

I am a Jesus follower, husband, father, baseball fan, and former college baseball pitcher. Today, I stay busy with my kids’ sports and activities.  My wife and I travel several weekends a year for kids’ tournaments and competitions.

WHAT DO YOU DO?

To quote my then 7-year-old son, after he spent an afternoon with me at work, "It's boring, Dad just talks to people. "I have had several roles at ESC including Design Engineer, Project Manager and now COO. 

As COO, I am driven to help and equip our employees to serve each other and our clients.  I find myself in a position to have a front row seat to so much of what we do. I routinely hear stories of our staff living out our core values with each other and our clients.  Two of our core values involve “caring” and “serving” each other and our clients, I routinely witness and/or hear stories of ESC folks living out these core values in a very ordinary, yet extraordinary way.   

FAVORITE ESC MOMENT?

Hard for me to pick just one, but seeing our engineering designs come to life for the first time is hard to beat. It makes all those hours worth it.
